I’m thrilled with the work Bath Fitter did on replacing our bathtub to a stand-up shower! Dylan has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process. He’s been professional, meticulous, and really takes pride in his work. From the design phase to the installation, everything has gone smoothly, and Dylan’s attention to detail has truly made a difference. The shower looks amazing, and we’re really impressed with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. From the initial consultation with Vincent, the customer service representative who kept in touch, and the intall with Brenden we couldn't be happier! Mike and Brenden were are installers for our shower. They were so friendly and competent. Kept us posted every step of the way. We absolutely love it. 21 years ago Bathfitters installed over our tub and that held up beautifully. We are now at the stage of needing a shower only with a seat. It’s everything I hoped for. We had our previous bathroom shower converted to a tub/shower today 1/10/25. Joe A. & Brenden were so professional & friendly during the entire time while doing the job, which lasted between 5-5 1/2 hours. Once the job was completed, it looked better than expected. We’re so excited & impressed with the great quality of work they did. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to all my friends & family.

Bath Fitter just installed a tub to shower conversion and I LOVE IT! Right from the start Billy my salesman was awesome, very patient with me while I was choosing what I wanted. He actually arrived early on a very blustery day. That's a huge plus with me. We managed to come up with a very nice shower that was within my budget. Great job Billy! On installation day Chuck and Brendan also arrived well within the 8:00 am - 9:00 am window. They got right to work laying rugs throughout the whole house. They were so professional and did a fantastic job getting the very heavy (probably original) tub out then there was no stopping them. Love the new shower, it looks phenomenal. Chuck and Brendan cleaned everything up so well you wouldn't be able to tell they were here! Five HUGE stars to Brendan, Chuck, Billy and Bath Fitter!

The bathroom tub and surround are amazing,just beautiful. I started to cry ,my husband would of loved it. If I could I would give him 10 Stars. Todd is very friendly and nice, very courteous

This is our second install by Bathfitter. Our first was a bath/shower combo that held up beautifully. We are now at an age that getting in and out of a bathtub can be difficult. We called Bathfitter and less than a week we had an estimate from Tom with great recommendations to make it work the best for us. When Rob and Todd came out to do the installation they were friendly, courteous and made sure they put down mats to keep our floors clean. They had to remove the original acrylic and they found tile behind that had to be chipped away. They worked as a team and the whole job started at 8:30 and after cleanup they were leaving at 1:30. We are very happy with our new shower.

Joe a showed up right on time on the coldest day in six years. It was -2 when he got here very experience very neat knew exactly what he was doing. Start to finish second time having bad fitters at our house couldn’t be happier no issues at all.
